We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placement. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window or after the order has been shipped cannot be accommodated.   At Evident Business Solutions, we ensure that all equipment is in excellent condition before shipping. However, if you receive defective hardware, you must return it within 15 days of receipt of the replacement hardware. To initiate a return for defective items, please contact our customer service with your order number and details about the defect. We will guide you through the return process. Please note that failure to maintain the hardware properly or blatant mishandling shall result in additional charges for service and/or replacement of the hardware.
