Let me create/capture a fun and silly moment with this unique keepsake. Preserving those cherished memories, both human and furry, with heartfelt art. Each piece captures the essence of your loved ones, creating lasting tributes. I’m a great communicator and keep you updated every step of the way. I will send updated pictures as I work so you’re included as much as possible in the process.

All pricing is for one subject (person or animal) head and shoulders. Quotes are available for larger sizes, additional people, full body portraits, background, etc.

5 x 7 inch portrait is for one subject ONLY.

8 x 10 inch portrait can be up to three subjects.

11 x 14 inch portrait can be up to 3-5 subjects

Please email (melissastagi@yahoo.com) the photo you would like me to draw and include the order number in the subject line. Photos must be clear (the more detailed the better). Once purchase is made (if using payment plans to order, 50% must be deposited to secure spot), your order will be put in my line of orders. Deposit orders must be paid in full before shipping. All art is drawn in on watercolor acid free Strathmore paper.

5 x 7 inch (paper size) – inside matte frame size 4.5 x 6.5 inch , outside 8 x 10 inch size

8 x 10 inch (paper size) – inside matte frame size 7.5 x 9.5 inch, outside 11 x 14 inch size

11 x 14 inch (paper size) – inside matte frame size 10.5 x 13.5 inch, outside 16 x 20 inch size

All art is sprayed with varnish, shipped with black matte frame, in cellophane bag and packed into a stiff cardboard envelope to prevent bending.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated or ordered within 3-5 business days. Custom/Personal/Commission orders are shipped after the 3-5 week drawing period. Tracking will be provided!

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at melissastagi@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at melissastagi@yahoo.com.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personal/commission, sale items or gift cards. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges I do not provide exchanges. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at melissastagi@yahoo.com.
