Shipping Policy
Shipping is within 3 days of purchase, depending on days of week, Sundays and Holidays. I use USPS. And I aim for the lowest shipping rates as a 15 year online seller. I recycle packing materials and take great care when shipping.
Refund Policy
I will figure out how to refund should one become necessary. I am used to automated refund systems through a shop setting like eBay. Which is easy. Refunds, exchanges or returns would have to be figured out on a customer or item basis.

Send me a message if there’s an issue with your purchase, let me try to help resolve it. If damaged through postal service delivery, they are responsible and it should be taken to them. I have been shipping items of all kinds through Etsy and EBay for decades, so I’m very careful with how I pack things. I promise to state carefully how my art pieces are made and any special qualities they have, character flaws etc. Being one of a kind pieces they are unique in that.
