Truckers are five panel high crown Otto caps; 100% polyester.
High Pony hats are distressed and are cotton with a polyester mesh.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping policies vary based on the items purchased and are as follows:
- Custom Collection Items- these items are usually made to order and depending on the volume of orders the processing time can be anywhere from 1-7 business days. In the event that we have these items on hand and ready to ship you can expect them to ship out the next business day; this usually applies to our bestsellers. Business days exclude holidays and weekends.
- Ready to Ship/Boutique Items- these items are in stock and will ship on the next business day! Business days exclude holidays and weekends.
Refund Policy
If you wish to receive a refund we will be more than happy to honor that. Although, we hope this is never the case :)
We ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item. If you do not contact us within that timeframe and refund will not be allowed. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and once the item is received we will grant you your refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you would like to cancel an order we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are not notified within that timeframe you will be unable to cancel your order.
If you wish to exchange and item for a smaller or bigger size; we will honor that request and ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and once received we will be more than happen to send out the replacement and you will receive updated tracking information.
