Directions for use: Shake well before using. Apply to a cleansed face. Pat into skin. Allow skin to dry before using other products.

Shipping Policy

Here at Renew You Body Butters, we craft our luxury skincare products after you place your order. This ensures we provide the freshest ingredients and the longest shelf life to our customers. This made-by-order system requires a handling time of 1-5 business days to give us time to craft your custom product and send them out.

From the day you ordered it can be 4-8 business days to arrival.

Refund Policy

1) Email us at info@renewyoubodybutter.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 14-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to info@renewyoubodybutter.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s in an acceptable condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to post to your statement.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of purchase. You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return. Items must be unopened and unused. Once the item(s) and the original receipt are returned you will be issued a full refund which takes 10-14 business days processing time.
