A cancellation fee of 1.5% will be applied to orders canceled within the 2-hour window. This fee covers processing costs incurred by Lloyds of La Luna Soapery from our payment processing company. Please note that this fee is non-negotiable. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at jovanalloyd@lloydsoflaluna.com within the 2-hour window. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Exchanges are allowed for products of similar price, provided that the original order has not been shipped or picked up.
